These terms and conditions describe how Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (“Greenbush”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information from users (each, a “User”) of the www.greenbush.org website (“Site”) and all affiliated sites, including but not limited to virtualacademy.greenbush.org.
Greenbush Virtual Academy, a program operated by Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (“Greenbush”), is committed to protecting the privacy of its students, parents/guardians, staff, and district partners.
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Greenbush Virtual Academy SMS messaging program.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive informational SMS messages from Greenbush Virtual Academy regarding your student’s educational program and related services.
Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
